East India Hotels Ltd. (Oberoi Group) for renovation of the entire building Oberoi Towers at Nariman Point since 1989. We have done complete wiring of guestrooms from 10th to 30th, floor. The shopping arcade groundfloor after the fire, computer centre, entire telephone cable, main lobby, function rooms (party rooms), health club, mexian restaurant, sports bar, the palms, coffee shop, and restaurant, business centre, worth about Rs.Five Crores. The last job carried out by us at Oberoi Towers in 2001-2002 was main kitchen, India Jones and Opium Den worth Rs. Eighty Lakhs.
