What is a "Spirall" technology?
A popular name in both Europe and USA, Spirall tanks have also been available for the past two decades in India. Developed and patented by BAUKU Of Germany, the tanks are manufactured by a unique process known as Spirall winding.
The Spirall tank process involves extruding a special grade of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and P.P. (Copolymer) into a strip and then winding it spirally and continuously over a rotating mandrel to form a homogeneous, seamless shell.
The fabricated tanks in HDPE/ P.P. are also available in wide ranges, shapes & sizes in vertical, horizontal and rectangular to suit our customer's requirements.
In India, the process has been followed by M/s.Heliplastics Ltd., Mumbai & M/s.Kunstoffe Industries Ltd.,in technical collaboration with M/S.Bauku of Germany. M/s.Heliplastics Ltd.Mumbai, has closed their activities.M/s.Kunstoffe Industries Ltd. has appointed various authorized fabricators to manufacture the Tanks, Reaction Vessels, Scrubbers, Nutch Filters & similar custom made articles of plastics out of the shell and sleeves manufactured by them. We are one of them.
Our Other Activities
Dealers: We are the dealers in HDPE/P.P/PVC/FRP pipe, Fittings, Valves, Agitators, Stuffing box, Teflon parts etc.
Contractors: Contract work is undertaken for supply, fabrication and installation of HDPE/P.P/FRP/PVC pipelines, ducting, effluent treatment plant etc.
After Sales Service / Repairs and Maintenance
We are quality conscious organization and are looking forward to have long-term business relations with our customers. We give one year guarantee to our products towards any manufacturing defects and shall attend repairs, modify free of cost within the guarantee period and there after on chargeable basis, at very short notice.
