This Gymnasium Banas Slimnasium was started in 1980, because I was body builder myself. I thought of starting the gymnasium as a profession because of practical knowledge. I possess as a body builder and a weightlifter. Today my wife Dolly Rana helps me out in operating the ladies section, with step Aerobics and tonning up excercises where she is a professional.
We are having a well equipped gymnasium alongwith steam bath facility to develop a perfect all round physique. We have six batches for ladies and gents are trained for body building and fitness. Our trainers are well trained such as, Vikas Jadhav, who is the head trainer and Mr. Maharashtra for consecutive years from 1992. We have cardio facilities but our emphasis is more on body shaping through free hand and weight excercises our instruments are technically perfect and are of international standard.
We have encouraged our students by holding competition of body building for men and most beautiful figure for ladies. We believe in the
most natural way to keep in shape just hardwork excercises, which have a large lashing effect.
