Barkat Udyog was started on May 1986, as a small scale industry under the proprietorship of Mr. Mohd. Iqbal and converted into Barkat Udyog Pvt. Ltd. on 27.03.1998 and with this date it has grown and diversified its product range during the last decade by continuously improving and modifying the manufacturing technology to keep the products in line with the National and international standards. The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing and trading of Ferrous / Non Ferrous sheet metal components and having specialization in sheet metal, press / fabrication works for Electrical, Automotive and Auto Filter parts, Cooler Pumps, Rotor and Stator Lamination Monoblock Pump and GP Motors. Our products are being used in armature and stator of automobiles along with the filters assemblies. We are also catering the needs of industrial motors, domestic motors.
At present we are supplying different type of lamination for armature and stator for Auto Ignition Ltd. and Filters parts to Elofic Filters.
We are using 60% of Existing Capacity. We are also manufacturing sheet metal components and stampings on specific demands of our esteemed customer. Our Goal is to pursuit in the Excellence in the organization through systematic procedures techniques of creativity for continual improvement.
Manufacturing
At BUPL, manufacturing is done by the state of art High-tech machines to deliver quality products and Production efficiency. Fully and semi automatic material handling system is also installed at Barkat Udyog for free movement of materials. Relevant procedure is adopted during all stages of production so that the products quality can be maintained during all stages of operations.
Tool Designing
We have a modern tool room where imported/branded machines are installed to produce accuracy in our tools. We have a team of technical experts for tool designing and our all tools are designed using Auto Cad R 14. We always try to make progressive tools due to our need of high productivity and consistent quality.
