B) For development of Property :
1. To obtain various documents of records of rights.
2. To obtain various remarks from concern authority.
3. To obtain various N.O.C’s such as U.L.C. Highway authority, Railway authority, P.W.D. authority MHADA, MMRDA, Collector, Government etc.
4. Physical survey of the property to verify plot boundary, area & existing structures, road, trees etc.
5. Survey from Govt. authority.
6. To prepare detail drawing for submission of proposal to concerned authority for approval.
7. To obtain approval & comply the conditions of approval for to obtain commencement certificate.
8. To supervise the development of property & to issue interim certificate of completion for the payment of contractor.
9. To obtain completion certificate from concerned authority.
10. To prepare detailed estimate of the project for invite quotations.
