TESTING FACILITIES
BTL Chemical Laboratory is equipped with latest equipments for wet analysis facility and manned by well-qualified chemist. We under take analysis of Ferrous and Non-ferrous materials.
BTL Physical Testing Laboratory is equipped with latest equipments like Universal Testing Machine 400 KN capacity, Charpy/lzod Impact Testing Machine, Hardness Testing Machine (BHN, HRC, HRB). We under take testing of materials for Tensile, Bend, shear, Compression, Fracture test of fillet weld, Fattening test, Flaring test, Proof load test for Bolts & Nuts, Erichsen Cupping test, Mockup test, Impact test (at room temperature/Low temperature up to -70°C), Brinell & Rockwell Hardness tests.
BTL Non-Destructive Laboratory is equipped with latest equipments like MPI Testing machines (Prod & Yoke ), Ultrasonic Testing machine. We Under take MPI/U .T /P .T testing for Rods, Plates, weldments, Castings etc.
BTL is providing other facilities like Calibration of Pressure gauges on Dead Weight Pressure Gauge Calibration equipment, Calibration of Welding Rectifiers, Generators, Drying ovens. Coating thickness will be calculated for Ferrous materials by using Coating thickness gauge.
BTL had made Tie ups with other organizations to provide all kind of testing services possible in one place like Spark Spectro photo meter for fast Chemical Analysis, Broaching Facility for Impact & Radio Graphic testing.
