After completion of M. Com I joined a leading commercial bank, The united Western Bank Ltd. as a probationary officer in November 1973. During the tenure of about sixteen years in the bank worked in various responisble positions as under:
Officer/manager at the branches
Officer at the Industrial finance section at the Head Office.

In june 1989 resigned from the services of the bank and since then engaged in consultancy in banking, finance and legal matters covering following areas in particualr:
Preparation of project reports and making available financial assistance from banks/financial institutions.
Monitoring of sick industrial units
Handling of proposals of one time settlement
DRT and other legal cases/matters
Financial and legal consultation
Visiting lecturer to some institutions

Preparation of project reports for availing credit facilities from banks and financial institutions. The project reports are prepared for submitting the bank for availing credit facility for any purpose like industrial units SSI, medium scale and large scale units enaged in manufacturing, trading, marketing, servicing, exports imports.
