The practice was started 70 years ago by Dr. G.V. Desai and then continued by his father Dr. K.G. Desai who Dr. Sanjeev Desai joined in 1995.

Dr. Sanjeev Desai graduated (BDS) from bharathi Vidyapeeth of Pune University in 1995. Dr. Desai furhter studied at the university of Illinois at Chicago in the USA where he attended specialised courses in cosmetic dentistry, prothodontics and restorative dentistry.

His practice which is a general practice inclined towards cosmetic and restorative dentistry also includes endodontics, crown and bridge dentistry and periodontics treatmet of gum disorders.

Dr. Sanjeev Desai is ably assisted by his wife Dr. Monika Desai who almost exclusively practices pedodontics ie. childrens dentistry.

The clinic also has an oral and maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Ajit Bhagwat who takes care of all the surgical cases, and orthodonticsts Dr. Rupa and Dr. Aziz who specialise in orthodontic treatment i.e.(straightening of crooked teeth)

Dr. Desai also has the latest diagnostic and x ray facilities, thus offering all the needs and specialities of dentistry render one roof. As is the need of the day special attention is paid to sterilisation and infection control where the strictest and ultramodern procedures are followed.

The clinic has three separate surgery equipped with modern dental units and latest accessories and is situated in a bungalow in verdant surroundings with ample parking space.
