We have given support for many B.S.N.L. Circles like Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andhrapradesh, North East and I.T.I. Bangalore, India SatCom and private Telecom service provider, Public sector and Private sector in both cards repair and system support. We have repaired returned more than 25000 nos of various types cards since last 6 years.
Infrastructure
Plant & Machinery:
The company is equipped with conventional testers and software based in circuit tester (to test the all type of Ics in circuit and out of circuit) we follow a system of continuous up gradation of our infrastructure and machinery to meet the high precision requirements of our customer.
Man Power:
The promoter themselves are technocrats who are technically qualified experienced professional in the field. The company has under its rolls-graduate Engineers and Diploma holder – specially qualified to manage the activities of Servicing, Development, Production, Quality Control and Marketing.
Field Service:
The firm is equipped with Compact testing systems and accessories. Team of engineers extensively travels to the site to support the servicing activities to meet the customer requirements. We have a capacity to repair 80-100 cards per day.
CDOT Systems:
Our infrastructure consisting of CDOT 256 RAX, CDOT SBM XL Systems, CDOT 256 Controller card tester, CDOT SBM XL Controlled card tester, we have facilities to test and debug the VH-IOP, VL-IOP and we have test facilities to test SMPS power plant with 100% load.
Workbench:
To aid fast and reliable service, we are equipped with machinery such as 100 Mhz 50 Mhz, 20 Mhz CROs, PIII Personal Computers, Goot Soldering and Desoldering Station, SMD rework Station, In-circuit Emulators, Universal Programmer and IC Tester, Digital Multimeters, Analog Multimeters and wide range of other mechanical tools.
