Eminent Construction Company a registered partnership firm, was promoted jointly by Mrs. Sheela Radhakrishnan and Mr. Francis Fernandes on October 9, 2002 with the objective of developing and constructing residential complex in and around the city of Mumbai as a long term venture. The promoters are well experienced in the construction field and have proven successful track record.

Sheela Radhakrishnan
Mrs. Sheela Radhakrishnan, wife of Mr. C.K. Radhakrishnan, aged 35 years is a B.Com graduate from the university of Kerala. Soon after graduation, she came to Mumbai and complete a 2 year diploma course in civil construction. Thereafter, she undertook minor assignments like plumbing and other related construction activities.
Mr. Francis Fernandes
Mr. Francis Fernandes, son of Peter Fernandes, aged 34 years is a B.Com graduate from the university of Mumbai. After graduation, he was carrying out electrical contracts in newly constructed buildings for 5 years. At the age of 26, he took a job with front line contractors and trading Est., Dubai as manager operations. His responsibilities included supervision of construction activities at site and overall management of construction contracts. With a creditable performance and valuable experience of 5 years in the field of construction, he returned to India in 2000 and started his own business under the banner of classic enterprises in June 2001. His knowledge and experience enabled him to bag contracts from society for promotion of area resource centre supported by the World Bank finance scheme. These contracts are for the constrcution of sophisticated public toilets in vairous areas specified by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Mr. Francis has thus executed 8 contracts for a value of Rs. 75 lakh in a span fo 2 years.
The promoters are well experienced in the field and are financially resourceful to undertake the present assignment.
