Our Responsibilities :
The persons engaged in rendering the above noted services will be on our rolls and we are fully responsible to the compliance of company with the provisions as prescibed under the following acts.
a) The Employee's State Insurance Act. 1948. (ESIC).
b) The employee's provident fund and misc. provisions Act. 1951.
c) The minimum wages act, 1948.
d) The Contract Labour (Abolition & Regulation) Act.1970.
e) The Payment of Wages Act.
Note : Workmen Compensation Policy & L.I.C. Policy can provided on the actual charges.
Rates :
Our rates are based as decided under the provision minimum wages Act. (+) plus necessary legal liabilities as under :
a) Present minimum wages of State Govt.
b) (+) 4.75% ESIC.
c) (+) 13.61% (P.F./EPF/Admin. Charges).
d) (+) 20% Service Charges which is our meager margin.
e) (+) 5% Service Tax.
