Infrastructures
ICEM has a well equipped factory at Thane with state-of-the-art fabricating machinery like Hydraulic Presses with capacity ranging from 500 T to 1500 T, & Plate Bending Machine of capacity 36mm thk X 2500 mm width. ICEM also possesses a sophisticated Machine Shop equipped with an Universal milling machine, Rotary surface Grinding Machine and other Heavy duty machines. Apart from this the infrastructure for Naterial handling consists of EOT cranes 5 T & 10 T in each of the five bays. ICEM uses latest computerised designing techniques to Autocad. The Material handled are Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium Clad Monel, Alloy Steel, Nickel, High Alloy Steel, Incolloy, Hestolly in all grades. The capacity of pressing that ICEM is capable os goes to 10,000 M.T. per year.
