Our firm started this industrial security enterprises under the name and style of Industrial Security Guards Services in the year 1977 and was incorporated in the year 1991 under the companies act 1956 by the name Industrial Guards Services Pvt. Ltd. having two directors. During the course of time the company was included into the list of 29 leading security agencies and was granted exemption by the Government of Maharashtra under sectino 23 of Maharashtra Private Security Guards Board vide regulatino of "Employment and Welfare Act, 1981" vide notification number GSA/1395(3213)-LAB-5 dated 22ndJanuary 1997 and permitted to operate parallel to security guards board for greater Mumbai and Thane District.

Training Centre
This section of Industrial Guards Services Pvt. Ltd. deals with training aspects and developing the skills of the staff so that they can perform their duties in most professional way. The company has following modules of training which is conducted time to time.
Basic training for new recruits : The security personnel are trained in the field of Industrial Security, First Aid, Fire Fighting, Social Security, Vigilance and Detection etc.
The process of the training are
Theorretical training in the class rooms
Demonstration on the equipment - Model available
Practical with actual fire fighting.
Training for Security Supervisors - New/Refresher
Traning for Security Officers - New/Refresher
The company has a training centre located at Bhivpuri Karjat, covering a vast area where the practical, Theoretical and Demonstrational training is being provided. In the process of fire fighting exercise every mode of fire is lit in an open area and the participant has to extinguish the same in shortest possible and safest manner.
