Informatics' core business activities are training and education, IT-related services and franchise operations. The six franchise products are Informatics Computer School, Thames Business School, Ruige Applied Computing Centre (RACC), Informatics Professional Development Centre, Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) Training Centre, and Cambridge Child Development Centre (CCDC).
