Mr.Amirali J Dossa, proprietor of Jeffson Battery Service / Allide Group, ventured into battery retailing, way back in the 60's, with the intention of enhancing his qualification as an Automobile Engineer. Today-by the grace of god, not only has he blossomed as an Automobile Engineer but he has also grown as a successful entrepreneur. his entrepreneurial skills are reflected in the laudable position where Jeffson and Allide battery service stands today - A great leap from what it was in the 60's.
The name Jeffson - today widely recognized as an ancillary to Exide - was derived from M.R.Dossa's father, Late Mr.Jafferali Dossa. Call it a blessing in disguise, it is because of Late Jafferali's teachings and ideologies that where unshelled in Mr.Amir Doss at a very young age that has allowed the latter to make the Jeffson and Allide group what it is today.
Today, Jeffson / Allide group exhibits two strong qualities - Loyalty and Quality. The former speaks of the person himself i.e.Mr.Amir Dossa and the latter high lights our 34 years of association with Exide.
In all Jeffson / Allide group has Nine branches located strategically between the vicinity of Bandra and Oshiwara. These locations not only create a pleasurable working ambience but they also create a platform to render quality service to our Exide customers residing in the western suburban region of Mumbai. Service to Customers
The Jeffson mantra is Total Customer Satisfaction. Proactive efforts are directed towards determining customers requirements and achieving all rouond customer satisfaction.
We have started our own Jeffmobile service, which is at service from 9.00 am, to 9.00 pm. This is in line with Exide Bat-Mobile service.
We conduct free check-up campaigns at various locations at regular intervals. Check-up campaigns are conducted mainly at industrial estates, housing societies. A team of 4 members headed by our PR manager conducts these campaigns.

Jeffson's association with Exide is over three decades. We have consistently delivered superior value to its customers. This together with our strong customer base and extensive sales network has enabled Jeffson to successfully compete against the threat of competition from imported batteries. We are very much proud to have contributed substantially to the overall growth of Exide.
