Keerthana Properties is well established in the construction business, and managed by Mr. M. Prakash proprietor, a qualified civil engineer, who carries with him over a decade of experience in construction of residential complexes. He was an MES contractor and executed lots of works and completed in time. Later on he started his own business of porperty development under the name of M/S Keerthana Properties.

The following projects at bangalore, was directly handled by Mr. M. Prakash and details are as follows:

The residential complex built on an area of 4000 sq.ft. This project is situated at No 4113, Airport Road, Bangalore. Accomodation consists of ground plus one floor plus cellar in the front block and ground plus 2+ cellar in near block. A MNC company presently uses it.
Gulf Links, a residential sites developed on an area of 32 acres and more than 200 sites are marked and sold out.

Sai Ragh, a residential complex built on an area of 10,000 sq.ft situated at AECS Layout, Chinnappanahalli, Bangalore. It consists of 24 flats of 2 bedroom with 2 pent houses. Apartment is architecturally designed for a comfortable living with all amenities and almost all the flats have been sold out and occupied by the owners.
Save, a residential complex built on area of. This project is situated at 15/3, Kolimi Siddana Garden, Ulsoor, Bangalore. It consists of 16 flats of 2 bedroom with 2 pent houses luxuriously built and economically priced. All the flats are sold out and occupied.
