Lakhani Builders & Developers is the main company looking after construction, marketing, finance and project management. Under it's fold there are many companies for construction to head different projects for better management and accountability.
An activity started around 1982 is a very small way at the time of city transforming from village to 21st Century. Started the organization in a humble way as a social service to provide low budget houses for mass and as a family business / concern.
Constructing a house requires a great deal of co-ordination with various agencies, finance, time, which is beyond the scope for many people. For any human three things / ingredients are essential i.e. food, clothing and shelter. Getting his own house in one's life is indeed one of the achievements. It here where Builders & Developers comes in the picture. They do take care of every aspect of construction activities.
Under the able administration of Mr. Vijay Lakhani & Dr. Vishan Lakhani, business expanded many fold. They operate under style & banner Builders & Developers. Today we have full-fledged office of 50 staff comprising accountants, engineers, architects, supervisors etc., in addition equal number of associates. More than 100-labor force is on site at any point of time. Company not only builds the houses for masses but at the same time generates employment to more than 200 people.

Mr. Vishan Lakhani is doctor by profession, has done many social work for socially deprived through the Rotary club. He has been honored many times for his social activities.
Through these clubs / social organization, Builders and Developers sponsors the cause of poor people for medical expenses, health camps, charity shows etc.
