Infrastructure
The manufacturing process involves four stages namely
CAD programming and CNC turret punch press
Fabrication
Powder Coating
Assembly.
CNC manufacturing facility enables us to produce goods with high precision finish and at much faster rate. Automation systems in accordance to professional industry norms are adhered as standard practice. The technical specifications of raw materials and components, strictly adhere to relevant IS, DIN and ASTM standards and they are inward inspected and certified before taking in for production batch.
