M R Shenvi started his consultant service in the year 1977. He has qualified B.E. (Mech), from Mysore University in the year 1969. And also he was qualified FIE, FIISA. He known Hindi, Marathi, Kannada, German and English. He is a registered valuer, Chartered Engineer, Surveyor and Loss Assessor. There are 3 staff members in his consultancy service. In the year 1969-70
Worked with M/s.Emco Goa (P) Ltd as a Technical Assistant in their mining workshop at Bimbal, Goa. During his stay therefore one year he was looking after complete maintenance of heavy duty dumpers, shovels, wheel loader compressors, electrical installation, etc.
In the year 1970-Feb 1977
For 7 years with M/s.Otto India Ltd., Calcutta, sister concern of M/s.Dr.C.Otto, West Germany one of the renowned authorities in Coke Oven Batteries and by product Turnkey projects.
In the year 1972-73
He was sponsored for Germany for further training with Dr.C.Otto, West Germany. During his stay in Germany he was trained in Design, Project Engineering, Inspection and Erection. It was a valuable experience in complete execution of projects of complex nature.
In the year 1973-75
After my return from Germany he was site incharge at Jamshedpur site where M/s.Otto India were handling complete renovatin of Coke Oven Batteries for TISCO.
In the year 1975-77
At Head Office, Calcutta as a Project Manager for export project to Yogoslavia. As a project manager (Export), he gained considerable knowledge in handling export consignments. He was relieved from my assignment only after completing the project execution.
In the year Feb 1977 onwards
Independent Surveyor and Registered Valuer for Plant and Machinery, Consultant in Cold Storage, Erection and Commissioning and Insurance Matters. In additino to this, he has set up Five Star Hotel in Panjim, Ice Cream and Power Laundry. Co-ordinated with M/s.Tata Burraughts Ltd. in setting up their computer factory.
He registered with following banks as a Registered Valuer for Plant and Machinery
Syndicate bank, Saraswati Coop Bank, SBI, Karnataka Bank, Canara Bank, State Coop Bank, Bank of India, United Western Bank, Central Bank of India, and financial institution like EDC, MSFC and IFCI, etc. Categorized by IRDA as Motor A, Fire A and Engineer A.
