RENUKA TOOLS AND DIES P LTD is a company capable of producing high precision tooling, components and assemblies.
We are equipped with an excellent tool room with the state of the art design facility and a team of dedicated engineers who can design and manufacture oven the most complex moulds and press tools. The only input they need is your drawing for the component, or a sample of the component. Our strength is to design and make the tools such that the components produced are exactly as per drawing/sample given as input.
We are indeed very proud of ourselves to have associated with the country's defence programme by making some of the moukls and press tools required for manufacturing the most complex connectors and switches, used in the missiles.
For mass production of components, we have autoshop, press shop, and a general machine shop.
Our sliding head and multi slide automats (Bechler and Stein Hauser) can mass-produce high precision turned components right from 1mm diameter to 32mm diameter. Our press shop is geared to produce high precision engineering components. With our fully integrated manufacturing facility, we have become the first manufacturers in the country to supply the complete mechanism components as a kit (102 different items) used in the Vacuum Circuit Breaker assemblies.
