Our company is famous for building construction and also quality work of water proofing of terrace slabs, basement, toilet blocks of buildings, bunglows, in addition to the repairing works of external plaster, painting, flooring, tiling, M.S. steel / Aluminium window fixing, structural works of factories etc · We offer five year to 10 year guarantee of water proofing works.
We execute the water proofing work by any one of following 2 systems.
CONVENTIONAL METHOD :
In this method we remove the existing treatment of slab and use Ordinary Portland cement of 43 Grade, washed sand, water proofing powder, brick bats, broken China chips, giving proper gradient of average 4” thickness, watering, curing the new treatment for continuous 10 days, grouting the cracks with cement slurry, for slab and offering 10(TEN) years guarantee of water proofing (Subject to our terms and conditions of business). This method takes 1 month to 2 months time to complete the water purifying work, and depending upon the area to be covered.
BY APPLYING CHEMICAL METHOD :
In this method, the existing treatment of slab, externals walls of multi storeyed building bunglows, is cleaned, brushed, loose portion rectified, cracks filled with elastomeric and polymeric crack fillers and then applied a coat of E and P chemical with brush. The guarantee FIVE YEARS is offered (subject to our terms and conditions of business). This system saves time and is very economical compared to the conventional method (Approx. one third cost of conventional method).
