Rustumji Developments, is a partnership firm registered and established during 1979. The promoters were originally in the business of public health engineering and with relevant experience ventured into construction of residential projects and have established an enviable reputation in the trade.
One of its projects "The Rustumji Residency" is a trail blazer in the concept/design and is still recognised as one of the finest blocks of apartments in Bangalore.
The philosophy of individualistic and distinct style has been continued in their subsequent projects namely Cornwell Rustumji, Brunton Rustumji, Kingstreet Rustumji to name a few.
Back Ground of the promoter
Mr. N.H. Rustumji, is a commerce graduate and a diploma holder in publich health engineering. He along with his late father Mr. H. Rustomji, started a firm called Plato Engineering Co., for public Health Engineering in the year 1965 and within no time established into a flourshing business. Even to this day works executed by this firm stand testimony to the high quality and workmanship.
In the year 1979 Mr. N. H. Rustumji established M/S Rustumji Developments and have completed several presitigious residential projects over the years and earned an enviable reputation in the trade. Several other projects are in various stages of completion.
Mr. N.H. Rustumji is a member of the Prestigious Developers Group and All India Granite and stone association of India, Bangalore.
Operations
The firm has established its name for high quality apartments and have completed several residential apartments spread over the prime locations of Bangalore City. Our company has already constructed and sold an area 5,79,000 sft at the current market value of 65 crores.
Other Business
Mr. N.H. Rustumji has also promoted other business viz the manufacture and export of granite dimensional blocks by establishing separate entity to Rustumji Granites Private Limited.
