It was the vision of Shri Shyam Malpani & Shri Narayan Pasari which culminated in birth of a firm called Malpani & Pasari. The name of the firm was subsequently changed to SMNP & Co. The firm has an all round experience of over one and half decades various fields of Audit & Accounts, Management Consultancy, Taxation and Legal, Business & Corporate Laws and other need based services of the Clients.
The firm, apart from the Partners, also has a number of Associates, Principals and Managers, who have over the years gained a versatile experience. Apart from above, the firm also has associate relationships in a few cities of India.

Our Approach
Our approach towards audit is based on regular interaction with the management, which helps us to provide constructive and value added feedback on the business of the concerns.
At SMNP, we have gained experience in carrying out cost effective audits focusing on the areas that are prone to high risk, for a number of large and medium sized concerns in various fields. We have constituted a Separate Cell for this field of service.
At SMNP each assignment is handled by a team of Professionals and is led by a Partner. A Principal and/or a Manager, who has gained the right kind of expertise and approach to handle such Clients, in turn supports The Incharge.
