SUVIDH ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES - An ISO 9002:1994 Certified Unit, would like to introduce ourselves as manufacturer of press part, fabrication work, engineering job-works, dies, jigs and fixtures. We specialize in manufacturing customized sheet metal components to suit the customer's requirements and are in the business since 1989. We primarily supply components and assemblies to the leading manufacturers in automobile industry.
The proprietor, Mr. Suresh Chavan, is an ex-Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. employee with an experience of 25 years (1963-1988) working in M&M Press Shop Die Section. He has an expertise in design, manufacture and maintenance of Press Tools and development of Prototype Jobs.
Our aim is to provide our customers with the best quality product at the most competitive price and at the right time. We aim to achieve our goal by making constant efforts to raise our working level so as to enable us to compete with the best in the market.
We are willing to purchase the raw material and bought-out items from your recommended sources for better quality.
QUALITY POLICY
We have been certified as ISO 9002:1994 in May 2001. Certificate No.. We are currently in the process of acquiring QS-9000 certification. We have a well-established and effectively implemented Quality Management System at our work-place.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our Production Plant consists of 2 plots and is located at MIDC, Ambad, Nasik. First plot admeasures 1300 sq. mts., having a built-up area of around 4,000 sq. ft. It can be increased to around 6,500 sq. ft. Second plot consists of 2100 sq. mts. with built up area of around 5,000 sq. ft., which can be increased up to 10,500 sq. ft.
All the tooling for our components is developed at our Tooling Unit (M/s. Suvidh Tools) located at Mumbai. Tooling Unit consists of 2 Engineers, 6 Skilled Die-Makers and is headed by Mr. Suresh Chavan. We also have a production unit at Mumbai in the name of M/s. Press-N-Fab Industries - An ISO 9001:2000 Certified Unit. The plant admeasures around 3,500 sq. ft. and has similar types of Machineries and Set-up. We are open to invest in area/machines for better proposals. |
