Tran-send, formed in Bangalore; year 2001, was the coming together of Emmanuel Sathyadass and Frederick Daniel. Both having worked together in recruitment catering for companies like ASTRAL, MASTECH, MICROLAND, IIS, and Hexaware.

In 2001, we initiately concentrated on recruitment. We then got into the training business to give it a more holistic approach. Tran-send now has trainers who are specialists in fields that are vital to a companies' growth. These trainers are professionals who have spent a large part of their lives walking the corporate ladder.
In 2002, we realized that specialized training during the formative years would be the ideal approach in building lives, therefore the strategic alliance with SMARTKIDS.
TRAN-SEND has an edge over several competing consultants, because of the experience we have gathered as training consultants for several companies. This makes us understand unique work cultures, business models and job demands. These skills are also employed during their initial interaction with candidates, making the whole effort that much more meaningful.
