Mr.N.Sreenivasa is a commerce graduate with business background. He also hails from a respectable family.
Mr. N.Sreenivasa the Managing Director of M/s Vaishnavi Power Tools Private Limited is well known for his business acumen.
He is a person always driven by challenges. Has widely travelled all over the world. He is a person with lot of vision. He, single handedly built an industrial complex measuring around 70,000 sq. ft.
He has gone into this venture with lot of homework and preparation. During the last six months he has exchanged ideas with the leading suppliers of power tools allover the country. Now, he has direct access and contact with these suppliers to dictate terms and strike down deals without loss of time and opportunity .

M/s Vaishnavi Power Tools Private Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 271h July 2001 vide CIN No. -U29299KA200-PTC029330. It is also registered as a permanent small scale industrial unit vide PMT certificate No.0801 AB02844 PMT TINY Dated. 81h August 2001. M/s Vaishnavi Power Tools Private Limited has also obtained Import-Export Code vide No.071007362 dated 241h August 2001. It has already been allotted the Permanent Account Number viz., AABCV2532J.
Though the company is young, it has made much headway in the power tools industry. It has, thanks to its managing director Mr. N. Sreenivasa, established contacts with the leaders in the power tools industry spread all over the country.
It has also started assembling of power tools from past one and half years. Hence it has already gained on hand experience in this industry. It can now successfully embark on the launch of its own products any time. This experience will also reduce the teething period to a great extent.
