This organisation is divided mainly into five divisions viz. purchase and planning, production, quality control, marketing, administration. There is a consultant in this organisation to assist the managing partner and guide the managers in all technical matters. Consultant will perform the duties and responsibilties in the absence of managing partner. All the five divisional heads will report to managing partner. All the five divisional heads will report to managing partner through the consultant.
